Eligibility Requirements
1. INCOME CRITERIA
Households with income up to 185% of the federal poverty
line are eligible. Meet income guidelines. (See Below)
If you are on Medicaid, TANF, or SNAP, you meet Income eligibility guidelines for WIC.
2. NUTRITIONAL RISK
WIC is designed to help those at nutritional risk. Risk is assessed at your first appointment.
3. TEXAS RESIDENT
U.S. Citizenship is not a requirement for eligibility.
