If you would like to obtain an investigation report, please complete the following forms and return them to our office. You can email them to countycalls@co.hidalgo.tx.us. You can also mail the form or bring it to our office at 1903 N. Knights Drive, Pharr, Texas 78577.

Copy of the Investigation Report is free of charge for the structure owner.

There is a $25 fee for any other person/party requesting a report.

Checks, cash, and money orders accepted.
