Mission & Vision:

The Texas Constitution defines the duties of the Constable, as being security for the Justice Court; and serving the civil process. Our Mission at Precinct 1 Constable's Office is, to fulfill those duties, enforce the laws, preserve the peace, and help provide a safe community.

Our Vision is, to positively affect our community, through professional and courteous service at all times. The Hidalgo County Constable's Office Precinct 1 is dedicated to serving all citizens of Hidalgo County.

Growing up in Hidalgo County, I have vested years of interest in our community. I consider it an honor and a privilege to serve as your Precinct 1 Constable.
