Overview

The Strategic Planning Division is responsible for the development and management of strategic and long-range capital planning for the County. The Division also coordinates budgetary and management issues on state and federal grants, including TxDOT projects and other special projects.

Strategic Planning Division is also charged with the management, continuing evaluation and reporting of the County debt issued for capital projects with a focus on maintaining and improving the County’s strong credit rating.
